Did You Know?
Pumpkins and cucumber are also classed as a fruit, not a vegetable. Not to mention olives, avocado, aubergine and capsicum; which are all also fruits.

Brief Description of Pumpkin
Pumpkins are part of the Cucurbitaceae or squash family and are large, round and vibrant orange with a slightly ribbed, tough yet smooth outer skin. Inside the pumpkin are the seeds and flesh. When cooked, the whole pumpkin is edible – the skin, pulp and seeds – you just need to remove the stringy bits which hold the seeds in place.
Cucumber
The cucumber plant is a tender annual with a rough, succulent, trailing stem. The hairy leaves have three to five pointed lobes, and the stem bears branched tendrils by which the plant can be trained to supports. The five-petaled yellow flowers are unisexual and produce a type of berry known as a pepo.
