Before Consumption

Storing Leafy Greens in Containers

  1. Before and after touching fresh vegetables, thoroughly wash your hands with hot water and soap for at least 20 seconds

2. Rinse and dry leafy greens when you bring them home. 

3. Put your greens in a container with paper towels. 

4. Keep the greens in the fridge for up to a week.
