Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 banana, (saba variety), peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup sago (tapioca), cooked according to package instructions
- 1/2 cup red gulaman (gelatin), cubed
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1/4 cup cornflakes
Instructions
- Boil together sugar and water.
- Add bananas. Continue to boil until the bananas become soft, then transfer to a bowl.
- Add gulaman and sago to the bananas.
- Top with crushed ice then drizzle with banana syrup. Garnish with cornflakes.
