How Can I Order?

SHOP, BUY AND ORDER WHAT YOU NEED

We let our customers experience the freshness of products offered by “Palengke” such as fruits, vegetables, meat, frozen meat, and other necessities without having to leave the safety of their homes.

Payment and Shipping

How will I know that my payment has been accepted?

After you submit your payment, you will be redirected to the payment confirmation screen. You will also receive an SMS confirmation after you successfully pay for the product.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, you can contact us thru messenger by clicking the icon in the screen. We can manage the order manually.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is determined by your location and items in your order. At checkout, our online store automatically displays the shipping price and cost.

How to cancel and refund an order?

Contact our Customer Care via email, chat, or the Contact Us Page. Please indicate your complete name, order number, order date, and reason for canceling. Customer Service will respond with cancelation status and details.

How do I know if my privacy is secured?

Mobile Palengke follows a privacy policy in which states that we may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions. Read more at out privacy policy section.

Delivery and Pick-Up

Can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the product has been shipped out.

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

We recommend contacting us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, however, there may be additional costs incurred.

Do you have a minimum order to deliver?

There is no minimum order, but you can save money on delivery by ordering multiple items at once.

Products have been damaged in transit, what do I do?

Please notify your delivery driver upon receiving the product, ensuring they record it then contact us as soon as possible. We will need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging.
